I absolutely loved the hotel's location, just steps away from the entrance to the Prophet's pbuh mosque. The rooms were comfortable and peaceful, but there was an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. The service was friendly but lacked proper guidance for local attractions. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of choices, though the price may not match the value. Overall, a great stay with minor room issues.
